A Senior Base Customer Account Manager will manage a given base of existing TPx customer accounts to achieve long-term success, sales growth, and retention. Their primary responsibility will be developing positive relationships, handling customers' needs and consultative selling of TPx's vast Managed Services portfolio. This position is sales based and has a revenue quota expectation for sales growth and additional retention components. This position has an increased quota from previous hierarchical position. Reports to (Supervisor/Manager):Manager/Director of the Base Management Team Direct Reports: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identify sales and managed services opportunities within a base of TPx Accounts with a designated monthly Quota.Service existing customers and their business needs through a consultative approach.Ensure improvement in company's margins following marketing and sales guidelines.Document clearly and open tickets for customers concerning moves, adds, changes, billing issues, and technical support needs.Engage in sales forecast.Assist customers and educate them on the benefit of company's products.Provide customer support through customer life cycle.Ensure achievement of sales targets.Deliver presentations on sales to customers.Attend client meetings.Maintain relationships with existing clients.Expand relationships with potential plete administrative work as required.Manage a portfolio of accounts.Handle certain aspects of company's campaign.Generate business opportunities with the use of existing company's network contacts.Ensure that solutions are successfully and timely delivered to customers and according to their specifications.Regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders on the progress of initiatives employed on sales and customer activitiesTrack key account metrics via CRM and DASH.Identify and develop opportunities.Collaborate with all sales teams to ensure attainment of growth. Peripheral Duties: None Desired Minimum Qualifications:Education and Experience: An equivalent of a BA/BS degreeSales ExperienceAccount Management Experience Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven experience in account management.Ability to effectively communicate and credibly influence people at all levels.Proven experience in the delivery of solutions that are client-focused and based on the needs of customers.Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple projects.Ability to pay strict attention to details.Excellent negotiation skillsExcellent presentation skillsExcellent listening abilityExcellent communication skills - both verbal and written Driving Requirement:This position requires a valid driver license and clean driving record in the state of residence.Travel is necessary due to the nature of the position and the need to visit customers and provide demos and reviews on request and with management approval. This job requires 80% time on computer/calls and 20% or less on-site visits with personal vehicle. Special Requirements:Ability to work in a high pressure, high-stress sales, and quota driven environment.Ability to shift and change direction rapidly.
