Periwinkle Trading is looking for an Associate level candidate to be primarily responsible for supporting the CFO and finance department. Day-to day responsibilities include managing books and records of the accounting system for the management company, assisting the CFO with HR matters, managing the payroll system and assisting the CFO with annual tax filings and requirements. A successful hire will work towards experience in quantitative trading fund operations including fund accounting entries, fund reconciliations, monitoring trading activity and data issues as they arise, and gain significant exposure to management accounting, fund accounting, and fund operations. Successful candidates are likely to possess: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Work history demonstrative of strong independent work ethic
