Work with program management and program teams to integrate new capabilities, define gaps, derive requirements, and develop program descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps, and detailed schedules. Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation. Serve as the on-site liaison to support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and monitor and report team and contract status/execution. Analyze manufacturers' proposals as permitted by law and regulation. Serve as the antenna systems engineer for coordination of technical program status and execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test and program execution process with the manufacturer(s). Develop, execute, monitor, and report status on program efforts, including analysis of test dataServe as the program's Antennas Engineer for program technical execution, coordination, risk management and communication of concerns and issues with management and technical leadership. Coordinate functions between government leads, contractor leads, engineers, technical subject matter experts and program management leaders involved in program planning and execution.Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of program execution and recommend modifications to processes for program activities. Work with the teams to develop out-year planning and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development and integration of requirements/capabilities.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
