Adventist HealthCare Home Care Services seeks to hire an Program Manager, Home Care Services HIring and Onboarding who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Program Manager you will:
• Be Responsible for implementing and maintaining a successful hiring and onboarding process in partnership with leadership for Home Health.
•Be responsible to creating and coordinating a recruitment marketing plan that leads to successful talent acquisition outcomes and hires within appropriate budgetary guidelines.
•Designs, coordinates, and maintains selection process utilizing optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources.
•Explore market best practices in Home Health recruitment and talent acquisition and implements appropriate best practices.
•Interview candidates with management and filter feedback regarding all candidate's selected for the position.
•Implement recruitment strategy that utilizes social media communication, job fairs and professional job sites to attract quality candidates.
•Hire and partner with recruitment in coordinating all offers
•Manage and guide new hires through the Hiring, Orientation and Onboarding process.

Qualifications include:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible recruitment, HR or related experience.
•Clinical experience with Home Health and healthcare preferred.
•Experience with recruitment, hiring and marketing.
•Previous experience in a highly matrixed organization or environment.
•Minimum of 2 years progressively responsible HR, recruitment or leadership experience.
•PHR, SHRM-CP, or other talent acquisition certification preferred.
