General Manager Reporting directly to the Divisional Vice President, the General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including leading and directing the work of the salaried Management / Chef team and hourly Team Members in daily operations. Their key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: . Leads by setting the example in creating lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service to each guest at each meal each and every day. . Sets the standard in ensuring excellent levels of employee satisfaction that establishes the company as the employer of choice. . Ensures the execution of great Italian food and the highest sanitation levels while operating the restaurant safely, legally and profitably. . Continually motivates and develops staff, and managers. . Ensures the hiring, training, satisfaction and retention of managers and employees by communicating high standards and holding the team accountable. . Proactively evaluates the business to maximize sales and EBITDA and develops realistic and detailed plans for improvement.
