We are seeking an associate to join our dynamic, growing and fast-paced practice who will assume an immediate key role in highly diversified business and fiduciary litigation matters. Types of matters will include breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, real estate litigation, commercial leasing disputes and other general commercial litigation matters.The ideal candidate must have 5 to 10 years of experience with strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, be well-organized and have good negotiation skills. Other critical skills include first chair experience, legal research, pre-litigation dispute resolutions, significant experience taking and defending depositions and the ability to draft for a broad range of commercial matters in multiple federal and state jurisdictions. Extensive ESI experience on various document production platforms including but not limited to Casemap and Relativity. MD bar required; Virginia bar preferred.
