This position will be responsible for recruitment pipeline management, including sourcing, screening, and managing the interview process. It will ensure all employment screenings such as background/employment and credit checks meet requirements. The Recruiter will also work with hiring managers to update job descriptions to ensure job duties are accurate, conducts kick-off meetings with hiring managers to outline the recruitment process, gather requirements for the position and ensures screening questions are focused on gathering all pertinent information required to make a quality hiring decision. Reviews and/or creates interview questions and ensures questions are related to the job description: job duties, skills, systems knowledge, and duration of experienceDevelops strong relationships and partners with hiring managers throughout the recruitment processWrites and places job advertisements in various media to attract applicants and to fill specific job openingsUtilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidatesEnsures current job descriptions and position details are used in the Applicant Tracking System.Processes internal application requestsNetworks through industry contacts, trade groups, social media, and employees to generate applicant poolsDevelops a pool of candidates in advance of needResearches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingConducts phone screens with eligible candidates to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position to the candidateCoordinates interview appointments for hiring managers to meet with qualified applicantsCoordinates proactive ongoing communications with applicants, hiring managers, and senior management for employment purposesInitiates employment, background checks, and drug screening for applicantsContacts and extends offers of employment to selected applicants.
