To support our evolution, we are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team to assist in development of the job architecture and compensation framework for CTFV and deploy the companys compensation programs including annual salary planning/merit increase process, variable pay and other incentive programs. As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will report to the head of Total Rewards and work closely with her/him to develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with Enterprise goals and competitive practices. You will participate in salary surveys, assess FLSA classifications as exempt or nonexempt and monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and Enterprise objectives. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to lead and rollout compensation planning, provide advice on pay decisions and policy interpretations to insure consistent application of compensation practices and alignment with the Corporate pay philosophies. You will play a critical role in helping to drive total rewards programs, providing outstanding internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and scalable growth in an exciting and dynamic environment.As a role model CTFV professional, you are energetic, agile, collaborative, mission-oriented and are always planning for the future. You also have:Good business acumen with ability to be comfortable with high volume workload, dealing with ambiguity, and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set prioritiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external partnersExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and customer service orientationAbility to function effectively as a team member and team leader; demonstrated ability to establish respect, credibility, and trust at all levels of the organizationSolutions focused and be comfortable working in an environment which demands effective deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and lead with appropriate solutionsStrong project management, change management, facilitative and consulting skillsIn-depth knowledge and experience in compensation programs and practices which support a results-oriented business Qualifications: Successful candidates will have:Bachelors degree required (or equivalent experience); with 8-10 years of relevant experience, orMasters degree (or equivalent experience); with 6-8 years of relevant and progressively responsible experienceKnowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensationDemonstrated commitment to confidentialityCertified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications preferredProficiency with Workday or other HRIS and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) preferred For Colorado Residents: Colorado Salary Minimum: $73,299.20 Colorado Salary Maximum:$156,665.60 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
