EmoryDay is looking for marketing professionals with a minimum of 5-years experience to join our client services team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing Internet Marketing needs for individual clients. In this position, you will be the lead on the account, managing marketing initiatives, results and communicating with the client. As a full-service Internet marketing company, we provide business marketing services to companies in need of a full-service outsourced solution. Our teams meet with our clients regularly to progressively improve and manage all aspects of their Internet marketing, including:Website DesignContent DevelopmentLead GenerationSearch Engine MarketingEmail MarketingNewslettersSocial Media & PublicityPPC AdvertisingAs a Client Services Account Manager, you will coordinate and work with a small team of professionals to deliver these services to clients.Experience:Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in online media or corporate agency marketing.Candidates with formal marketing agency experience as a senior level account manager are highly preferred and will have an opportunity to join EmoryDay as a Senior Account Manager with fast-track advancement opportunities further into senior management.Skills:Critical thinking skills are vital to the success of online marketing managers, in addition to analytical problem-solving skillsExpert client facing communication skills; must be accustomed to meeting with and leading marketing strategy sessions with clients through conference call software (GoToMeeting, Google Meets, Zoom, etc.), on a regular basisDemonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbalPossess strong interpersonal and project management skills as interaction with clients and presentations will be required frequentlyMust be comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs and Internet applications like Google Work Space (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)Possess an understanding of website development techniques, content management systems, and creative designMust be familiar with SEO best practices and some experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads Facebook Ads, etc.)Ability to troubleshoot and maintain your personal computer systemMust be self-motivated.Responsibilities:Create and maintain agendas and follow up reports for client meetingsProvide project management of marketing initiatives for the clientCreate and maintain timelines and schedules of projectsManage client communications over the phone and emailDevelop comprehensive online marketing strategies for clientsReview, write and optimize website content to ensure both search engine visibility and favorable user experienceCoordinate and develop regular e-newsletter creation and distribution for clientsImplement a variety of forms of social media to promote brand recognition and promotions and to drive traffic to company websitesTrack and monitor site traffic and optimize campaigns based on the best-performing strategiesManage internal team of specialists; content writers, designers/developers, and advertising specialists.Work Environment:This is a 100% remote position; all of our consultants and employees work virtually. The opportunity provides a certain amount of flexibility. All of our consultants work from home offices and each provides their own computers to work from. EmoryDay is a firm believer in providing a positive work life balance environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST and rarely is after hours work required.Compensation:The compensation is commensurate with experience. After the successful completion of the first 90-days the employee becomes eligible to receive a benefits package that includes three weeks paid time off, a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match, and a health plan with an HSA account. There are also advancement opportunities to Senior Account Manager and further into senior management with increased compensation.
