Mayvin is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (Construction) to provide support to the US Marshal Service. The candidate shall provide expert advice, assistance, and guidance to MSD senior level management for procurement of a real property management system. This includes, but is not limited to, developing a roadmap; market research; collecting metadata; developing a performance work statement (PWS), and other related documents for the Office of Procurement (OOP). Contractor must have the ability to spearhead and manage this process/project along with the assistance of the MSD SMEs and district personnel. Collaborate with USMS stakeholders to obtain specific goals and visions for the USMS real property management system. ? Develop requirements and specifications for the real property management system. Analyze current internal and external real property management/tracking A' systems with possibility of integration to the new system. ? Develop comprehensive performance work statement for the creation of the USMS real property management system. ? Provide demonstration of real property systems currently available in the market and configuration/customization capabilities to MSD leadership. ? Assist in the development of RFP requirements. ?
