We are a high energy, family-owned company, and aim to grow our team with those who share our values people, deep collaboration and partnership, accountability, change and innovation, and integrity.We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in our customer orders, invoicing, and problem resolution.Main Responsibilities IncludeCoordinate, build and maintain consultative relationship with third party carriers and customersCoordinate customer orders with dispatching departmentPrepare invoices ensuring that pricing data, freight charges and taxes are calculated accuratelyFollow up with vendors and in-house fleet operations to ensure all delivery paperwork have been submitted and deemed completeSupport in roll out of projects and new services with existing customers and new customersWork in coordination with all internal departments to ensure a successful partnershipWorking Hours: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pmRequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or customer relations position.
