We are seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to join our Leasing team. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President - Flagship Leasing, the ideal candidate will be an essential member of URW's 360 Sales Team, which encompasses permanent leasing, kiosk leasing, common area leasing, and media sales. You are a deal shark and love closing deals as much as you love starting them. In this role, you will:Drive revenue growth that aligns with the overall company and asset strategy. Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating the C-suite, negotiating contracts, and closing new and renewal business with customersManage existing client needs and lead the growth to secure a high percentage of renewal businessOwn the deal flow process with tenants, legal leasing, retail delivery, retail design management, and center management to achieve rent commencement datesDevelop deep and comprehensive market understanding and competitive analysis by understanding sales, traffic trends, demographics, and leasing visions for any assigned propertyLeverage strategic relationships and experience to sell across multiple shopping centers. Responsible for achieving annual quota by working within assigned centers. Confidently promote the advantages Westfield can offer a brand as an owner and operator of our assets.Favorably negotiate and execute leases with retailers to achieve the center Leasing budgetCreate, execute, and own a center-specific merchandising strategy that supports local business development with timely and relevant concepts that offer a point of differentiation for leasing representative's assigned centersMaintain financial budget and forecast reportsEffectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlinesTeamworkTraveling to assigned centers for the purpose of client meetingsMinimum Qualifications include:Minimum of seven years' experience in a Sales - high-volume sales, leasing, or retail sales industryImpeccable reputation for honesty and integrityResiliency despite adversity. You bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude despite adversity. You are confident under pressure and are not rattled easily. Able and unafraid to tackle difficult issues. You readily tackle tough assignments and are willing to champion an idea in the face of objections.Experience in building and growing a book of business. Able to leverage relationships to maximize revenue and opportunitiesStrong understanding of basic accounting principles including budgeting & forecasting, NPV and IRR calculationsEager and able to learn quickly.
