  • Answer incoming calls and accurately enter appropriate patient information
  • Efficiently speak with clinical staff and physicians to ensure patient care in a timely manner
  • Exceed metrics on index score card
  • Maintain open communication and relationships with all departments to ensure meeting deadlines and abiding by company mission
  • Stay in compliance with HIPAA requirements

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Proven experience working in a customer service oriented role
  • Medical experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong proficiency with technology
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends included
