We are seeking a front-line industrial organizational psychologist to help sell our products and support services to organizations within the United States as well as internationally. This is a full-time position with a base salary and generous commission plan. You will work from home. Selling pre-employment assessments and services requires strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of hiring practices and principles of industrial organizational psychology. You will become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them improve their hiring processes and increase their quality of hire. A background in Industrial Organizational Psychology (Certificate, MA, MS) is preferred. Experience in corporate recruiting, human resources, or sales is a plus. You must be self-motivated and driven to succeed. What you'll do:Advise prospects and clients on the best way to find the people they need.Sell pre-employment assessment products to business managers in small, medium, and large businesses.Identify new leads. Respond to inbound leads.Develop qualified prospects using various means such as online research, social networks, referrals, networking.Reach out and support existing customers in order to grow business with them.Conduct product demonstrations and information web-sessions, and perform follow-up.Negotiate and close purchases.Required Qualifications:A 4-year college degree or higher. Educational background in Industrial Organizational Psychology (Certificate, MA, MS, PhD). Proof you are resourceful and determined to succeed.Ability to learn quickly.Ability to communicate effectively and openly with team members and customers.Ability to work productively from home.What we'd also like you to have:Experience in recruiting or human resources. Evidence of success in sales.
