Description: Job Description: Accounts Receivable Specialist Reports to: Office Manager Position Summary The Accounts Receivable Specialists will be responsible for posting payments accurately and in a timely manner. Lord Baltimore is looking a detail oriented person with prior experience of Accounts Receivable. The person selected will be expected to become familiar with the Lord Baltimore Accounts Receivable practices including, but not limited to: knowledge of applying customer payments to the appropriate account, running statements at the end of the month, general customer service skills, and ensuring there are no discrepancies. In addition this position is responsible for making collection calls.
