Customer Service Support - Winter Opening!
Sales & Customer Service Support will monitor the implementation of the program and also assess progress to determine changes in the running and focus of the program. We are looking for a full-time potential employee who will provide support to our fast-growing team. Being a smaller company, we are able to individualize each and every person's cycle of development and training tailored to their learning curve. No experience? No problem! Comprehensive training is always provided in learning a product line to effectively educate, inform and assist customers on how products function. This position is compensated by commission only. We do this simply because it motivates our team to upsell, generate their own independent sales without worrying about other team member's performance. As a Sales & Customer Service Support, you would be involved in the following activities: Develop and implement programs that address our customer's product and service concerns. Organize and delegate tasks amongst the team Practice potential situations and outcomes to determine efficiency in customer satisfaction and customer experience Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned Take direction from the Operational Manager or Account Director Job Requirements:Sales & Customer Service Support Key Skills: Time management: You will need to be able to task yourself and others who are participating in the program. This will require that you delegate responsibly and that you monitor progress. Self-motivation: You will need to be able to take the initiative to lead and to propose outreach modes. This will require that you actively participate in daily training activities to become familiar with the territory, adjustments to promotions, and customers you are addressing Interpersonal skills: You will be working with other staff members, but you will also be in close contact with the public. This means that you will need to adjust your modes of interaction accordingly and be open to interacting with customers from a safe distance. Teaching: You will need to not only be informative in your approach to disseminating knowledge, but you will also need to be engaging and keep the customer excited and impulsive.
