To learn more about us visit: www.spatialfront.comResponsibilities:Respond to inbound technical calls and help desk tickets from customers in an efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.Ensure that all calls taken have been resolved and if not resolved, ensure escalation has been done and the customer has been contacted.Resolve customer issues by gathering information, determining the customers' needs, and conducting research to find a suitable solution.Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of a wide range of applications and systems.Assign and Manage RSA SecurID tokens using RSA Security Console ensuring adherence to security policies.Create Network accounts and manage memberships via Active Directory resulting in quick user onboarding and exits.Manage all changes to network and SecurID token access during the employee or contractor entrance, exit, transfer, and name change process.Ensure that accounts are updated with accurate information and have access to the appropriate locations on the network/Communicate in layman terms complex technology to customers both in-person and over the phone.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field, or substitute eight years of equivalent work experience.Related experience preferred.Preferred Knowledge of Remedy IT service desk software (or similar tool) to track incidents and service requests through the full lifecycle.Knowledge of Active Directory management & administration.Ability to learn new technologies quickly (MS Operating Systems, MS Office products, and Census specified software).Experience with RSA Security Console preferredProvide in-person, phone and email support to end-users promptly and professionally.Knowledgeable of Problem Management best practices and processes.Experience working in a high-speed, fast-paced and ever-changing field.A natural troubleshooter; someone who will see a problem through until it is resolved, and is able to quickly diagnose problems even on technology not previously worked with.Ability to interact at all levels of management internally, and with customers and suppliers.Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.Must also be able to multi-task and manage time amongst clients.Flexibility and ability to bounce between projects quickly.Additional Requirements:In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems.
