The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving demand for B2B SaaS and/or security products.This role will work across the marketing team on initiatives that drive net new leads, convert existing leads, and improve Cybrary's B2B pipeline. This includes overseeing paid media, social, email, event strategy, and product content designed to acquire, engage, and convert organizations of all sizes.What You Will DoDevelop a multi-channel integrated demand generation strategy for Cybrary's B2B products including execution of account based marketing tactics, go-to-market campaigns, and lifecycle programsPartner with Sales to understand customer needs and key sales objectives; align marketing programs to these goalsCollaborate closely with stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success, Product, Content, and external agencies/contractors, to develop GTM (go-to-market) plansDrive end-to-end execution across paid digital (search, display, social, content sponsorship & syndication, etc.) and owned channels (email, organic social, etc.), managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimizationDrive and manage SEO, PPC, and SEM strategiesWork closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine and improve lead management, including automation, scoring and grading, funnel stage definitions, handoff process, and overall engagement throughout the funnelPartner with Content Marketing to plan content to support campaigns across appropriate channels, aligned to the buyer's journeyDeliver ongoing reporting to easily communicate Marketing's impact on salesIdentify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns and tactics to improve overall program performance and ROIWho You Are3+ years previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for SaaS or security companiesPast experience in marketing and sales, specifically understanding the B2B sales cycleStrong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organizationAbility to work in a cross-functional role and influence the direction and focus of projects outside of your immediate reporting structureExceptional written communication and analytical skillsExpert with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar CRM and automation toolsLocationThis position can be based in our College Park, MD office or remote.What We Bring to the TableEligible employees qualify for the following benefits:Stock options, as part of your overall compensation package100% coverage of medical, vision, and dental insurance premiums for employees50% premium coverage for dependentsAvailable HSA and FSA programsCompany-paid life insurance coverageCompany-paid short-term disability coverageFlexible leave, with dedicated parent and bereavement leave policies401(k) planCompany-paid student loan repaymentReferral bonus planCybrary is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by applicable law.
