Job SummaryAssists with both internal and external information requests related to exams administered by Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT). Provides outstanding customer service by phone and email to all FSBPT stakeholders. Receives, processes and distributes incoming mail and faxes.Essential FunctionsProvides accurate and complete information to inquiries in all assigned call centers within established service level.Processes and ensures the accuracy of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) candidate service requests and respond to email inquiries.Receives and distributes incoming mail and faxes.Identifies NPTE database discrepancies.Assists Managing Director and Assistant Director and/or Specialist with project and daily duties.Education and Work ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED; 1 - 3 years of related experience.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent customer services, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Superior analytical, time management and multi-tasking skills. Understanding of call center fundamentals and key performance indicators.
