This portfolio covers hundreds of sites across the United States and Internationally.We are looking to hire a skilled Process Engineer to oversee the design and implementation of our Facilities and Real Estate company processes.As a process engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, creating and developing workflow procedures, implementing standardized workflow plans, designing standardized input methodology, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.Ultimately, the job is to create efficient workflow procedures in order to reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve documentation and reporting, and standardize repetitive processes.To ensure success as a process engineer, candidates should have experience in process design, excellent technical skills, excellent understanding of process workflow and high-level analytical skills.As a Process Engineer for the Facilities and Real Estate team at Northrop Grumman, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. Our success is grounded in our ability to embrace change, move quickly and continuously drive innovation.The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.Role Description & Responsibilities:Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new processes.Assembles reports to document process status and changes.Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvementCommunicates findings and proposalsConducts risk assessments.Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Meeting with process leaders to assess existing processes.Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve workflowPerforming risk assessments.Developing routines and best practicesDeveloping standardized operating instructions for the upgrade process.Drafting process documents and standard operating procedures.Analytical thinker.Developing and incorporating process improvementsAbility to project manage.Initiate and lead agile workshops with cross functional organizations to identify and solution process gaps, leveraging existing and future roadmap systems/tools capabilities.Drive process re-engineering / transformation efforts in collaboration with sector and other enterprise digital transformation initiatives.Drive consensus and adoption of real estate and facilities process-related best practices and other new processes.Prioritize and project manage process improvement opportunities and track operational efficiency achievements and/or issues to resolution.Support required training and facilitate change management requirements.Qualifications:Self-Starter that takes initiative to complete tasks and assignments with little supervisionGood problem-solving skills and strong oral and written communication skillsGood organization and multi-tasking skillsExcellent analytical and math skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to persuade others to change existing practicesStrong attention to detailProven ability to identify, assess and solve problemsProficient with computer and information technologyKnowledge of process engineering software systemsPrevious experience in quality or business process engineeringEducation: Bachelor's degreePreferred Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience working with AutoCADFamiliarity with Tririga and ArchibusBackground in facilities, real estate or building managementExperience with ServiceNowSalary Range: 92000 - 138000Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
