This portfolio covers hundreds of sites across the United States and Internationally.We are looking to hire a skilled Process Engineer to oversee the design and implementation of our Facilities and Real Estate company processes.As a process engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, creating and developing workflow procedures, implementing standardized workflow plans, designing standardized input methodology, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.Ultimately, the job is to create efficient workflow procedures in order to reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve documentation and reporting, and standardize repetitive processes.To ensure success as a process engineer, candidates should have experience in process design, excellent technical skills, excellent understanding of process workflow and high-level analytical skills.As a Process Engineer for the Facilities and Real Estate team at Northrop Grumman, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
