Lynker TechnologiesDescription:Day to Day Responsibilities of the Project Manager:The Lynker Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master is responsible for maintaining project documentation deliverables, project plans; conducting sprint ceremonies including daily stand-ups and retrospectives; and coaching the team in Agile best practices, such as sprint planning. The Project Manager role is an exempt position.Primary duties include of the Project Manager:Understand the high-level product vision to develop effective plans to execute the program including tracking and identifying / mitigating impedimentsProviding weekly status, monthly status, financial utilization reporting and meeting agendas and minutesDeveloping project management, internal operations / communications, risk management, and transition plans and other project deliverablesFacilitating daily standup and other Scrum eventsLeverage project management and agile best practices to plan to help the team deliver solutions that meet the product owner needsApproach management of data product delivery to ensure maximum flexibility and timeliness for projects of varying priority levels and processing difficultiesEncourage flexible software development activities to meet the needs of new datasets, leadership priorities, and to address changing user needs..
