The Washington, DC office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking an associate to join the 4th through 6th year associate class for its corporate practice group. The ideal candidate should have experience drafting and negotiating substantive agreements involving commercial loans (including term loans, revolving loans and debt securities), whether in the form of cash-flow loans, venture lending, asset-based financing or securitizations, and some familiarity with mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Additional requirements include: strong organizational and writing skills, excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
