The Manager of Service Operations will be a key leadership role in the team and will be responsible for the service and maintenance activities on the networks. The candidate will have significant experience managing staff and contractors to provide professional services and field operations and will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Service and Network Operations.Essential Functions:Manage service and maintenance partners and business processes to ensure network availability, plug-in success, and service level agreements are met or exceeded on the US and Canada networksDefine and drive continuous improvement of technical diagnostic activities, best practices, and future development requirements and oversee the deployment of new tools and capabilitiesManage processes to meet contractual requirements for all executed service and maintenance contracts with commercial customersOversee a technical documentation program and drive continuous improvement with manufacturers, service partners, quality, and the NOC Define and launch a direct field service operation including hiring and deploying field service technicians to support maintenance activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, or business, or related/applicable field of studyExperience managing a technical team of engineers and techniciansDemonstrated record of precision and integrity in past work assignmentsComprehensive knowledge and subject matter expertise of service and maintenance activities including preventative, corrective, and campaign maintenanceby Jobble
