The CX Partner Product Marketing Manager is part of Cisco's increasingly-growing Customer Experience team. Customer Experience is at the forefront of Cisco's strategy to help our customers speed time to value from their investments in Cisco technologies . Cisco Service Program Partners have always been core to our business . As our primary channel to market, Cisco partners drive over 90% of our CX business. All our partners have unique skills and capabilities that bring differentiation to our joint customers. We develop models that allow partners to leverage Cisco's expertise in the manner best suited for their business and for our joint customers' objectives . In this role, you'll join a team in Customer Experience dedicated to marketing to , with, and through ou r global channel partners . You will be responsible for creating partner -related services product collater al for the Cisco Customer Experience (CX) success portfolio offers in order to drive partner resale and delivery of CX service offers . You will also align with the CX Product Management team to support the evolution of the CX Partner model . This is a unique opportunity to be an integral member of the CX Partner Marketing team and work collaboratively across various business entities to help partners grow their business with Cisco CX. You will work close ly with CX Partner Strategy, Product Management, Project Management, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams as they bring n ew CX services and offer updates to market, as well as stakeholders in the Global Partner Organization . What You'll Do Collaborate with CX p artner go-to- market, CX Partner Practice, and Cisco Global Partner Organization to create Cisco Succes Portfolio product partner messaging and content . Work with Product Management to develop product positioning and partner -focused messaging and content/collateral that aligns with their key customer lifecycle services delivery priorities Act as content provider and subject matter expert on Partner Lifecycle Services to support Field/Channel Enablement strategy Support the project management of Cisco Success Portfolio services launches including launch materials, partner presentations and training material Identify market insertion points, competitive landscape, and penetration strategies for Partner Lifecycle Services offerings in the specific sector, industry, theater. Amplify and evangelize Cisco CX offerings in the most impactful way for the partner audience. Educate and consult with sales and partners on market strategies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience , including 2 years of partner marketing experience. Understanding of the traditional technology channel and how that is evolving into a much broader partner ecosystem. U nderstanding of digital transformation and the importance of business outcomes and customer experience. Strong e xperience creating marketing messaging, product marketing content and collatera l Exceptional written and oral communication skills , and ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive projects successfully with multiple stakeholders and cross - functional teams.
