With more than 10 years in the industry, Muller is hiring a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their DMV operations. Muller Inc is seeking to hire a HR Generalist with outstanding administrative, organizational, and communication skills to join the Human Resources operations. The HR Assistant must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the HR Assistant should display conflict management and decision-making skills, with experience in human resource policy, supporting recruiting and hiring functions, and providing general HR administrative support. Responsibilities: HR Administration: Assisting with on-boarding plans and help educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations Tracking employee paid time off and holiday schedule Maintain employee HR information by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, anniversaries, and birth dates Assist with managing data integrity of all HR systems Coordinate Health Insurance renewal Employee Relations: Assist with communicating policies, procedures and make recommendations for change as needed Assist with compliance screenings and background check reports Assist with coordination of employee events (recognition/anniversaries, volunteer programs etc.) Recruitment/On-boarding: Responsible for sourcing candidates for open positions to coordinating include in-person interviews, maintaining the recruiting database software, and reporting to management Assisting with recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and recruiting projections Assist with the administration and education of employee benefit plans (health, dental, vision, etc.) Assist Attend recruiting and networking events to identify candidates and growth opportunities for the business Required Qualifications: At min. 2 years of experience in HR field Detail oriented and excellent communicator (both orally and written) At minimum Associates Degree in Human Resources, Management or related field required or equivalent years of experience Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to work with different personality types Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Experience with general administration of employee benefits (ie, PTO, Health Benefits) and administering internal company policies Experience with handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors Experience writing company policy is a plus Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Compensation: Competitive Salary + Yearly Bonus Paid Holidays and Vacation Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance plus additional voluntary plans 401K with company match Company phone, computer, Mileage reimbursement for all work-related travel Muller Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes hiring decisions solely on the basis of merit
