Villagio Hospitality Group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee operations of all VHG concepts. The Director of Operations will work to ensure that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the company's each individual concept's business plan. Additionally, this role will direct and oversee future planned openings. Responsibilities Include: * Develop, design and deliver innovative, authentic, and differentiated experiences for the local community and travelers alike * Refine and enhance operational responsibilities * Execute Company vision and mission * Promote a workplace culture that fully reflects Villagio Hospitality Group's values, team engagements, performance, recognition, and rewards * Lead by example, exhibiting the company values in all dealings * Work as a resource for all managers. Nurture those relationships and help support their vision and create standardized procedures * Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends * Train all GMs on budgets and hold them accountable for the numbers * Problem solve and work on site as necessary. Work to fix issues and train management staff to continue improvements * Monitor restaurant performance to identify emerging trends and areas of opportunity, including new technology or service models * Provide structures, support and training for new projects and help evaluate potential opportunities * Help source, implement, refine and streamline company systems (such as POS, Payroll, On-boarding, Catering, Reservations). About You: * 5+ years' experience as a Regional or Area Manager, Director of Operations/Hospitality, Multi-unit Manager/GM, or Operating Partner (preferably in a restaurant setting, OR 3+ years' experience as a VP of Operations for a comparable hospitality concept(s) * Strategic background with a passion for hospitality and the ability to oversee multiple GMs * Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance * Must be able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate concepts effectively * Requires long stretches of standing, occasional carrying, pushing or pulling of items up to 50 lbs in weight
