Our Assistant Store Leaders play a vital role in restaurant management operations by providing a hospitable environment and ensuring a satisfactory experience of our guests. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service Understand all in store marketing promotions Store Clerk responsibilities Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance Communicate customer requests to management Reporting to the Store Manager and District Manager Our Store Associates contribute to outstanding customer service experience For Management Positions: Customer Service Management and FoH Management Supervisory Activities Shift Management, Team Leading Key Holder responsibilities, opening and closing Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager Pay and Benefits: We offer an attractive total compensation plan that includes per hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package (available after one year of employment). Benefits include: Pay: starting between $17-$19/hr + tips 401K Paid Vacation Health Insurance Cashier and barista experience is a plus. Retail management experience will be considered.
