We are seeking an Account Manager to provide customer service and account maintenance to our customers. Main Responsibilities Include Coordinate and build consultative relationship with customers Resolving customer service issues and concern Thinking creatively and troubleshooting problems Facilitate growing partnership with customers Assist in roll out of new services with existing customers and new customers Develop and maintain effective and efficient long-term relationship with customers Work in coordination with all internal departments to ensure a successful partnership Requirements Minimum of two years customer service, customer support or account management experience Ability to interact with internal and external partners Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Above-average computer skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Cell phone reimbursement Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Please describe your relevant experience.
