Principal Associate, Process Management

We are looking to expand or Systematics Support Team within the C&C Product team. We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Associate with knowledge of the Systematics applications . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems with internal and external partners. This will be a challenging role in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with the team in Identifying areas for process improvement or development
  • Maintaining and updating system and process documentation for the Systematics applications and our team's internal processes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and build an understanding of how they use and interact with our applications. You will be exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders in support of Capital One's lines of business.
  • Support information requests, response reviews and remediation for audits/exams and risk events
  • As a performing data steward, you will collaborate with the team and cyber partners to ensure that data sourced from the systematic platforms is secure, healthy and well managed.
  • Collaborate with teammates to document and manage the rate update process for Systematics applications
  • Ability to identify when a process has not worked as expected and make customers whole.
  • Strong knowledge of the Systematics applications.


Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of Experience with Systematics applications
