We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Auden Place, a 165 unit community located in a natural setting with tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, convenient access to the city and immediate Metro access to the Red Line at Glenmont Station. www.audenplace.com The Assistant Community Manager will perform a variety of administrative and management duties, focusing on leasing and cultivating resident relationships; assumes supervisory authority when the Community Manager is offsite. Primary responsibilities include: Assists with property and office administration including reporting, managing lease files, audits and renewals. Collects and analyzes data on established and prospective real estate transactions Assists with posting rents, daily deposits and managing delinquency through effective rent collections Ensures apartment is ready for resident move in on agreed date Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements Responds to current resident requests for information Assists with various outreach efforts and online marketing Assists in conducting market surveys and shopping competitive communities Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1-3 years of property management experience required A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required MPDU experience preferred Preferred Qualifications: Additional vocational training or a four-college degree is preferred We offer a competitive salary and excellent individual and team performance-based bonus potential.
