The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of targeted marketing initiatives that promote the organization and its services. This individual will own the intake of work supporting our medical providers and overall department requests. In addition will traffic, coordinate resources, ensure progression/completion of each project and follow up with business partners to obtain necessary project details. This position will be a brand champion who can work across teams and support the various functions of marketing including provider relations, brand development, research and planning, advertising, internal communications, public relations, event planning, and digital/social media initiatives. Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in similar position. Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Ability to develop messaging for both internal and external audiences. Inquisitive, utilizes problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be an impactful collaborator & work with a team to ideate and bring ideas to fruition. Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and social media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram. Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms and digital communications strategies. Must be a brand champion; supporting Frederick Health's mission.
