Job description Our Vantage Technical Services division is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual interested in the ATM field. The individual is responsible for the cash management, cash reconciliation, and daily operation of the Laurel, MD vault. The Vault Teller will also have Vault Cash Management duties, as well as other office and administrative duties as needed; including inventory, accounts payables, etc. This person will drive, coordinate, and report on the day-to-day operations and events in the Laurel office while working closely with other departments within PAI, including senior team members. The Vault Teller must possess a positive can-do attitude, demonstrate enthusiasm for customers, solve problems, multi-task, and engage owner/operators in the process when necessary. Vault Teller Responsibilities: Accurately reconcile cash receipts to daily bank statements Identify variances and research to resolve/reconcile cash variances Identify and report issues on daily reconciliation to PAI Cash Management Team Ensure activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures Develop, maintain, and update procedural documentation Manage daily vault operations including but not limited to inventory management, opening and closing of branch and vault check in/out Maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, and balance transactions daily Must be able to meet deadlines Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned such as issuing lock codes, handling returned mail, etc. Vault Teller Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma required One or more years of banking, teller or cash handling experience extremely helpful Familiarity with ATM software, maintenance, EMV, and network rules and requirements preferred Must be over 23 and able to obtain CCW Other vendor systems (TSYS, Global, FIS, WorldPay, Switch Commerce) experience or expertise helpful Demonstrated competency in dealing with independent organizations and working closely with the owner/operators A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated.
