Rowe Price only issues and assists in oversight and partnership of service delivery of FIS ERIT functions. They autonomously exercise judgment and discretion in analyzing business processes or errors that have been identified as immediate or critical problems and often acts in a project management capacity; facilitating the immediate mitigation and long-term correction of sophisticated, plan-wide, or multi-plan issues.Role SummaryResponsible for providing senior team members and/or leadership with information about the performance of the business and independently supporting business partners by running various analyses and implementing new policies and practices.ResponsibilitiesProvides insight and feedback into the maintenance and enhancement of relevant reporting systems. Recommends, designs, and creates enhancements to reporting systems that can be used as tools in the sales/service business process.Develops and implements processes that identify and prevent duplication, omission, or incorrect data used in reporting process. Works with data entry teams to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, providing training as required.Provides routine and ad hoc report analytic support and educates functional teams on policies and practices for efficiency and issue resolution.Works independently and exercises judgment and discretion in analyzing sophisticated or potentially high impact errors or problems through root cause analysis of operational and Plan processes, practices and all transactions that have a financial impact possibly related to that error set being reviewed.Applies advanced knowledge of RPS to identify the point(s) of failure, identifies any exposure, documents findings through utilization of Business Process Improvement (BPI) skills and shares that impact with the Manager and members of senior management.Due to the complexity of the issues being addressed by the senior business analyst; meets with Senior Leadership across multiple partner groups to fully analyze the scope of the error(s) and its impact and coordinates resolution steps to bring issues to close.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND2+ years of total relevant work experienceRegional RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this rolePreferredStrong retirement plan services (RPS) business knowledgeRPS system knowledge including Omni Plus, system integration, change managementExperience with executive-level presentations, incorporating technical expertise and translation of data into meaningful analysis and potential outcomes and actionsProven ability to form and foster strong positive business relationshipsProven ability to analyze sophisticated business processes for root cause and recommend solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to multi-task, prioritize and make decisionsSelf-motivated and self-directed while possessing experience in successfully working with cross-functional teamsProven ability to objectively recommend well-reasoned courses of actionAbility to work independently and with minimal directionSuccessful completion of yellow belt certificationExpertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointMinimum salary (USD) starts at:69300(Colorado only*) Salary range minimum is one component of our total compensation and benefits package. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.T.
