(MSI) is looking to hire a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and innovative public safety solutions to join our Eastern US Sales Team as a Solutions Sales Representative. The primary role of this individual will be to sell and represent our Parking LPR product offerings into the East Region. This individual will work closely with operations, finance, support, engineering and our training Client Relations Team (CRT). This individual should possess the ability to effectively present to C+ level executives, multi-task, prioritize, manage their time effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service.The Sr. Parking Solutions Sales Representative will be responsible but not limited to the following:Ability to develop and execute a winning strategy for t he East RegionSchedule and lead customer meetingsFrequent and accountable forecasting and account planning in Salesforce CRMUncovering additional sales opportunities within existing parking accounts for all offeringsIdentifying and overcoming roadblocks and/or obstacles while keeping a positive attitudeAbility to resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the Vigilant Support TeamRegular client follow-ups to ensure "Total Customer Satisfaction"A' Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing, eligible customersEnsuring client awareness regarding the usefulness and proper operation of the Vigilant products and services that were purchasedEstablish and maintain relationships with parking integration partners.Develop an open line of communication with the product team to ensure customer tastes align with the roadmap for new product development.Collaborate with the greater State and Local and Enterprise Motorola Solutions sales teams and align with key work partners to enhance sales execution.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of SLED sales/public safety, parking experience or 8+ years of sales/public safety, parking experienceBroad knowledge of the parking enforcement ecosystem and the way in which disparate technologies interact to increase enforcement efficiencyCompetent in both Microsoft Office/ Google Gmail applicationsCRM forecasting experience with Salesforce or similar applicationsPhysical security experience (hardware and/or software)Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonalAbility to work cross functionallyListening and presentation skillsHigh attention to detailProven negotiation skills; ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfactionDriven, resourceful, self-starter, with strong initiativeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility for 50-75%+ travel to multiple states to be onsite with end customers and channel partners, trade shows, business meetings and training events.Basic RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent4+ years of sales/public safety experienceVaccine RequirementMotorola Solutions is a US Federal contractor and must comply with the recent US Government Executive Order requiring that Federal contractors ensure that their US employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 4, 2022 .
