Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is in need of a Security Training Support specialist for Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Duties and responsibilities:A cents € cents Manages and facilitates individual and collective security training for members A cents € cents Oversee training and certifications of the resource augmentation duty (READY) personnel A cents € cents Organizes, directs, and coordinates the unit commander's education and training program A' . Monitors Career Development Course (CDC) enrollments and testing A cents € cents Conducts formal and informal staff assistance visits throughout the unit and provides commander direct feedback on the quality of training A cents € cents Conducts in-processing and collects/verifies training documents of all new arrivals; A cents € cents Coordinates all initial base in-processing requirements A cents € cents Interfaces with all levels of corporate and government management personnel A cents € cents Champion security requirements, risks, and solutions and drive constructive change within the organization.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years experienceActive SECRET security clearanceValid US Drivers License4 years experience Air Force Security Forces or similar experienceAF Principles of Instructors Course or similar military instructor course.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledgeable in the concepts and principles of Air Base Ground Defense.Excellent oral and written communication skillsResults-oriented and resilient outlookStrong relationship-building, managerial, and collaborative skillsMust possess or be able to obtain a current US PassportAssociates Degree in the related or similar career fieldMust be a Basic Graduate of the Air Force Security Forces Academy or similar training academyMust have a working knowledge of the USAF Security Force career field operations to ensure execution of the task order or similar working knowledgeNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
