This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Security Clearance. Job Summary Creation of technical illustrations and graphics in conjunction with direct internal customer interaction ensuring on-time delivery of company proposal s. Responsible for updating proposal reference manual, creation of posters, signage, brochures and formatting internal customer briefings. Supports new business development by direct involvement in proposal production in response to civil and government Solicitations (ie, RFPs, RFI, BAAs, etc.).Job Duties:Proposal lead responsible for on-time production of proposal graphics, creation and quality control of proposal graphics, attending proposal kick-off and daily stand-up meetings, creating art templates per RFP requirements, providing metrics of proposal graphics for future planning, and developing proposal art processesAssist with production of posters, signage and briefings and other artwork as necessaryCollaborate with off-site departments to develop company standards/formats including proposal art templates, color palette, and guidelinesLead, train and mentor others in proper execution of department standards, formats and proposal production procedures- Update Proposal Reference Manual - Advanced skill in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Software (Powerpoint and MS Word) - Mentor the proposal operations and graphics support personnelThis position may be filled at a level 3 (Principal) or level 4 (Senior Principal) based on the qualifications below.Basic Qualifications for a Principal Level:A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 6 or more years of graphic design, publications, communications, or closely related experience; OR a master's degree and 4 or more years of graphic design, publications, communications, or closely related experienceAdvanced skill in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Software (Powerpoint and MS Word)Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security ClearanceBasic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Level:- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 10 or more years of graphic design, publications, communications, or closely related experience; OR a master's degree and 8 or more years of graphic design, publications, communications, or closely related experience -Advanced skill in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Software (Powerpoint and MS Word)Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Current active Top Secret Security Clearance#LI-KT2Salary Range: 83600 - 125400Salary Range 2: 103664 - 155496Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
