Job Objective: The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance for the benefits administration and support to human resource department as needed. Engage and help manage the company's employee benefits and retirement programs. Building and maintaining relationships with health and retirement providers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs administrative work, including maiming files and assisting with benefits in the Human Resources department Enter employment data in computer base Composing and preparing correspondence Track and update employee benefits and relevant information Compiling documents for meetings Assists in processing, maintaining and managing benefits for the employees Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Benefits Coordinator, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response Required Skills: Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently Be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of experience supporting with Human Resources/ benefits Proficient in Microsoft Office Must an exceptionally polished professional Job Type: Full-time Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: One location
