Hours: Hours are subject to change based on testing schedules and school needs. Principals will communicate specific hours to ensure personnel is available to assist with health screenings. A typical shift will likely be during school hours (7:30am-3:30pm). Job Description: School Administrative Coordinators will support their designated school(s)'s COVID-19 testing program. In addition, the School Administrative Coordinator may support other health related needs as indicated by the school. This may include, but not limited to, health screenings, supervision of the wellness room, and other essential health and safety functions. Essential Functions include : COVID-19 Testing Support : Support school leaders in tracking COVID-19 testing consent forms and rosters of students who have "opted out" of testing In partnership with the principal and testing vendors, support the implementation of the testing schedule to test all consenting students and staff weekly on the assigned testing date Manage testing attendance tracker to hold all staff and students accountable for required testing Assist schools in parent communication around the testing program and COVID-19 response when tests are positive Assist in identifying close contacts of students and staff that test positive for COVID-19 and communicating lists to health departments; communicating need to quarantine to families Assist in data entry and tracking related to cases and contacts Support school efforts in implementing their Test to Stay Program Support essential health and safety functions Support principal and school leadership teams in implementing school's Standard Operating Procedures Other administrative duties as assigned by the Principal Desired Qualifications Excellent organizational skills Basic computer literacy skills, including Microsoft suite applications - Experience with Excel and spreadsheets is a plus Ability to follow detailed testing protocols consistently Strong customer service skills - Ability to work collaboratively with school and school system staff Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff - Comfortable working in person and supporting students who need assistance collecting test samples CNA experience and experience working in medical offices is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: Multiple Locations
