Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and implementation of incentive programs that meet the needs of the organization's objectives
- Manage and maintain incentive and equity programs including 401K plans
- Manage and oversee other benefit programs and work with vendors
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 6+ years of experience with benefits administration/total rewards
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
