Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with an environment-focused organization in growth mode seeking a Senior Recruiter to help build and develop a talent pool and execute recruiting strategies. If you bring experience in environment or development-related industries, are creative, and have a strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting as well as creating and executing talent strategies, apply now!

This position can be based out of their DC or CA office on a hybrid, or could be fully remote. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required regardless of location.


  • Oversee implementation of recruitment process, ensure observing continuing improvement opportunities
  • Establish partnerships with leadership and hiring managers
  • Identify opportunities to build talent pools, identify capable talent, and integrate talent solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop job descriptions, compensation, and sourcing strategies
  • Coach on recruitment best practices
  • Develop networks to build pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Implement strategies for networking through career fairs, professional groups, and job boards.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
  • Min 7 years of experience
  • Recruiting in environment/international development-based industries
  • Experience applying DEI recruitment strategies
  • Experience designing and implementing talent solution programs
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or Talent Acquisition Specialty credentials preferred
  • Knowledge of FAR, SCA, Davis Bacon, EEO, ADA, etc.
