Advantage Financial FCU, Washington DC is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve our membership in a Full-Time Member Service Representative/Teller role.Position Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Previous customer service or financial institution experience preferred. Good oral and written communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Symitar Episys a plus.Position Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is responsible for assisting members with information on all Credit Union products and services in a prompt and courteous manner.
