Performance Marketing is responsible for driving revenue and traffic for across all LOBs through performance marketing channels, including paid and organic channels. We are really great at what we do due to effective program management, smart optimizations, robust and hands-on reporting and close team collaboration. is uniquely positioned as a hyper growth sales channel, driven by a nimble and innovative culture.Role and ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team will be responsible for overseeing and executing the strategic direction of multiple performance marketing channels across both paid and organic, driving maximum revenue at optimal KPIs.Role and Responsibilities:Oversee Google Shopping Ads (PLA), Paid Social, Display, Retargeting and other paid media campaigns focused on generating revenue and traffic against strict ROAS goals.Practice tactical & strategic excellence in digital media management, continuously optimizing all front- and back-end attributes of a campaign for maximum direct-response performance.Accurately project revenue, spend & other metrics by Product Category or Type for channels.Partner with HQ marketing teams to ensure global best practices are being followed and execute ad hoc strategic projects and campaigns.Collaborate with Category Managers to prioritize business objectives, offers and launches across Product Categories.Partner with category Demand Generation teams to reconcile media activity across the org, standardize measurement and tracking, and evangelize objectives.Effectively manage agency partners to ensure resources are making the most informed and effective optimization & execution decisions.Work closely with Digital Product, Creative Services and UX teams to optimize landing page conversion. Partner with engineering to manage, optimize and troubleshoot our Product Feed for optimal use as well as tagging needs.Generate ad hoc campaign recaps for cross-functional and executive consumption.Continuously test new creative, offers, ad formats, landing pages within existing programs.Explore & prioritize new ad tech vendors & media partners to test in order to diversify and grow our portfolio.Oversee SEO for category, extracting out insights and trends, relaying business needs and coordinating technical support to grow natural search ranking and traffic.Skills and QualificationsWhat we are looking for:6+ years' experience directly managing digital performance media channels, focused on PLA, Paid Social, Paid Search & Retargeting.Fluency in Natural Search and understanding synergies between Paid and Organic.Strong history of managing tactical and strategic direct-response media objectives in a digital-first organization.Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships.Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce, and provides Equal Employment Opportunity for all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a protected veteran, genetic information, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.#LI-KB1 Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
