This includes the implementation of effective quality management systems aligned to corporate and BU policies, procedures and industry specific requirements as well as driving the implementation of quality tools to drive continuous improvement. Leadership, development and mentoring of an effective quality team.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSImplementation of effective QMS in line with Corporate, BU and local requirementsContinuous improvement of Core Value Drivers in support of quality and business growthManage customer complaint CAPA and NCR process providing escalation as appropriate, with focus on timely resolution of customer issues.Drive continuous improvement in customer scorecardsLead, mentor and rigorously develop talent within the quality functionInterface with supplier quality engineering function to drive supplier quality at plant and BU levelFocus on variation reduction using data analysis and statistical techniquesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor?s Degree in engineering / manufacturing or related fieldMinimum of Ten (10) years manufacturing experienceMinimum of five? (5) years of progressive quality assurance experienceMinimum of five (5) years of supervisor/leadership experienceMust be proficient at Excel / Minitab and able to analyze and interpret dataApplies advanced concepts, practices, and procedures of the fieldThorough understanding of ISO 9001,GMP knowledge an advantageSound knowledge of Automotive TS16949/APQP/Core ToolsKnowledge of MicroE requirements such as eCofA/STC/SPC an advantage
