Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Performs economic research and studies subjects such as value delivery, rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analysis of Corp, Sector and Division budgets. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management. Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, and document format for data processing equipment. May provide analysis of and monitor performance against business cases developed by the Digital Transformation (DT) teams. Specific tasking will include:Establishing cost baselines spanning multiple organizations, functional teams and business systems to oversee the financial performance and value delivery of DT efforts.Govern business systems to track cost, non-cost and value measurements of DT efforts using ServiceNowFinancial planning and analysis expertise to establish reporting and presentation development reflecting the Enterprise DTO cost across multiple funding sources to Sector and Corporate leadership.Budgeting and indirect rate background to support the development and coordination of FPRP budgets to the Corporate and the Sectors.Define reporting requirements, schedule and milestones of DT efforts across the Sectors to communicate, coordinate and meet recurring and non-recurring deadlinesPartner across Corp DTO, DT Sector Leads (SLs) and operating Sector leaders to ensure achievement of business priorities and outcomes.Basic Qualifications:A' . Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related discipline with a 7+ years of Business Management or related experience - OR - a Master's Degree with 5+ years of industry related experience.A' . Experience with SAP and/or Cost Point Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.A' . Government Cost Accounting Standards knowledge and experience in cost structure implementations.A' . Understanding of financial planning and reporting requirements, processes, and related financial and/or IT controls.A' . Understanding of system requirements and structures in regards to cost accounting standards and disclosure statements (eg, overhead pool design/structure, primary/secondary pools).Preferred Qualifications:A' . Experience with Cost Point, SAP, BI/BW and IWOs (order of importance)A' . Experience in partnering across multiple functional organizations as well as across Sectors.A' . Experience in Enterprise system implementation and process optimizations initiatives.Salary Range: 116200 - 174200Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
