Peraton is seeking a Sr. Principal Cyber Software Administrator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. Your roles and responsibilities may include: Working assignment off helpdesk JIRA ticketing system Monitor resolved helpdesk tickets and call-in records to ensure all pertinent information is provided Follow-up on tickets that have reached a time threshold for time between updates Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation Assist in gathering other statistics and producing reports as needed/requested Add frequently asked questions to the current lists for end users Resolve troubleshooting issues presented by end users over the phone Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree and ten years professional experience or a high school diploma and fourteen professional experience Extensive Linux systems administration experience Five (5)+ years experience with an intelligence agency or SIGINT related experience Must have the ability to evaluate, define, plan, design, implement, refine and deploy database solutions in LINUX VM environments at the Enterprise and project level. Active TS/SCI with poly clearance Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Experience with STE, STN, COOP, Disaster Recovery CW2 (AWS) Database experience with MongoDB, MariaDB, MySQL is a plus Experience with ACTIVE MQ, ELK stack, Elastic, Automation and Pipelining Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology Use of Messaging technologies (Kafka) Experience with Jenkins, Gradle, Maven and/or Git We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
