We have the ability to originate in 47 states and offer a complete menu of mortgage programs including First Front Door, DSHA, PHFA, NJHFA and portfolio 2nd mortgages to 95% LTV.Job Description: The VA Client Success Specialist originates residential mortgage loans according to established policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance while meeting sales goals. Responsible for performing various duties to support the Mortgage Department; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for this position.
