The Sr. Marketing Manager manages the development and execution of lead generation global campaigns for AEM's suite of products and services.The Sr. Marketing Manager reports to the Director, Demand Generation and has demonstrable hands-on experience with multi-channel demand generation in a B2B environment, including tradeshows, digital marketing, website optimization, content marketing, and social media (paid and organic). You should be both data-driven and a strong communicator, working collaboratively with sales, product marketing, and other teams to develop compelling campaigns to drive new pipeline and customers.The Ideal Candidate:You are mission-driven and have a passion for working in the environmental technology industry.You are a curious marketer driven to try new strategies and constantly improve every stage of the funnel.You are a data-driven pro who works tirelessly to find innovative ways to grow prospect acquisition, convert leads, keep customers engaged, retain them, and ultimately turn them into brand champions.You work and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gain better insights and grow the pipeline. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement successful campaigns to achieve agreed upon objectives for lead generation targets through a variety of growth marketing tactics and channels including email, website, paid advertising, industry publications and more.Devise and execute campaign test strategies including A/B and multivariate tests for segments, creative, call to action, subject line, etc.Analyze and report on campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click-thru and conversion ratesWrite engaging copy and provide design directions for pre-and post sales collateral, emails and other customer facing materialsIdentify and recommend opportunities for improved segmentation and targeted marketing, especially using marketing automation toolsPlan, coordinate and execute trade show and event presenceManage vendor relationshipsRequirements:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience devising successful integrated B2B marketing campaignsExperience in marketing technology products or data servicesProven ability to produce successful, innovative and effective multi-channel marketing programsStrong oral and written communications skillsExperience with marketing automation tools/platformsProficient in Word, Excel (including pivot tables), PowerPointExperience with Salesforce (especially leads and reporting)Strong project management and organizational skills needed to execute campaigns and manage tradeshow participationAbility to communicate and present metrics effectively to support strategic recommendationsStrong understanding of email communication strategies, both written and visual, deliverability, and segmentation practicesIndividual must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision managing projects through completion.Candidates must be prepared to show examples of previous work.
