If this sounds like the choice you want to make, then choose MITRE"A cents € and make a difference with us.MITRE's Endpoint Management & Tools team is responsible for providing MITRE employees with enterprise class tools that keep corporate endpoints secure and compliant while enabling MITRE employees to be productive and collaborative with sponsors and peers to help deliver MITRE's mission of solving problems for a safer world.Responsibilities include:Operating and maintaining MITRE's productivity and collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 Apps for Business, OneDrive for Business, and other products as required.Developing strategy and plans to drive change in modernization our tools and leveraging new capabilities.Identify opportunities to develop and implement automation/scripting to improve overall sustainment and delivery of supported collaboration tools.Taking risk, moving with speed, and able to work in a hybrid work environment.Interacting with employees, vendors, and other internal technical teams to resolve technical issues.Minimum Qualifications:BS in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Required Qualifications:BS in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience working in a corporate IT environment, supporting Windows OS endpointsFamiliarity with endpoint collaboration tools, including managing configuration and end user experienceExperience with PowerShell, scripting, and/or any object-oriented software development languageExperience with task tracking and knowledge management systems (Jira & Confluence)Good oral and written communications skills, ability to present to senior leadershipProficiency at working in a dynamic and distributed team-based environmentBasic knowledge of Active Directory/LDAPBasic knowledge of Networking (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, etc.)Basic knowledge of Virtualization technologies and conceptsMust be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance at time of hirePreferred Qualifications:Familiarization with Microsoft 365 services and connected experiences with devices and applicationsExperience with developing solutions that provide new endpoint-based integration or automated solutions that improve existing user experiences or workflowsExperience with Windows 10 OS management and Active Directory Group Policies for configuration management.Experience with troubleshooting application issues using logs and other diagnosis toolsExperience working directly with vendor technical support resources and internal support resources to diagnose and resolve complicated technical issues impacting endpointsThis requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s):NoneThis requisition requires the hired candidate to have or obtain, within one year from the date of hire, the following clearance(s):SecretMITRE requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
