For more information, please visit: .ResponsibilitiesGuidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our National Security Segment to optimize the Department of State's (DOS) facility management capabilities, using Archibus, an integrated workplace management system (IWMS). Guidehouse is looking for an Archibus developer to configure and/or customize various Archibus modules. The ideal candidate must have experience using Java, JavaScript APIs, XML, Python, HTML SQL server and Oracle database programming; modifying workflow rules to enhance Archibus functionality; customizing database schema; using SQL Scripts and PL/SQL queries; and storing procedures, as required. The candidate should also have experience integrating Archibus with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit to use floor-plan drawings and should have domain expertise around specific areas of software development. The candidate must have direct experience implementing Archibus software, specifically the Space Planning & Management, Workplace Services, and Real Estate Portfolio modules. The Archibus developer will work in a fully integrated and multi-disciplinary team that delivers value quickly and frequently by leveraging an Agile framework, particularly Scrum.Key responsibilities for this position include:Translating functional requirements into design specificationsCollaborating with team members on configuration needsConfiguring the Archibus solution based on documented requirements and design user stories and artifactsPerforming unit testing on solutionCommunicating solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentationsWorking effectively with colleagues and client staff as part of a project team; work independently as neededQualificationsThe following skills/experience/knowledge are required to be considered for this role:3+ years of relevant experience3+ years Java, JavaScript APIs, XML, Python, HTML SQL server and Oracle database programming2-3 years of experience with Archibus v21.3+ and Archibus Client Server v22+Understanding AutoCAD and Revit floor plan drawingsUnderstanding of the Facility Management industry, processes, and technologyProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) suiteExperience in Cloud EnvironmentsStrong organizational skills and ability to multitaskAttention to detailExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsUS CitizenThe following skills/experience/knowledge are preferred to be considered for this role:5+ years Java, JavaScript APIs, XML, Python, HTML SQL server and Oracle database programming3-5 years of experience with Archibus3+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit2+ years of experience with ArcGIS and Esri5+ years of relevant experienceAdditional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.Due to our contractual requirements and federal orders, including an Executive Order from the White House and an emergency regulation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the position for which you are applying requires that you provide proof of your vaccination status.
