Title: Sharepoint Developer Location: Catonsville, MD Hybrid/Remote/Onsite Salary: 105K DUTIESRe-engineer and integrate business processes and data management processes with effective use of SharePoint Online functionsCreate, test, and implement automated solutions within SharePoint using Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment with continuous bug remediation and enhancements. Conduct sprint demos before deployment. Assist with the implementation of data management initiatives using SharePoint. Analyze, design and develop application enhancement requests and reported issues per user requirements based on a customer prioritized backlog. Provide strategic planning to ensure prompt resolution of day-to-day SharePoint issues and customer needs. Perform data analysis across the Division in the form of Data Calls, Dashboards, Reports, and Meeting Minutes as needed. Develop, implement, and maintain monthly performance metrics. Identify root causes of issues and work with government representatives to resolve with a continued service improvement approach, while incorporating appropriate security controls, coordinating requirements with the TSA CISO and IAD security teams. Conduct research required to resolve issues and coordinate escalation as needed.Develop and edit documentation and reports, and communicate with the stakeholders following TSA guidelines. Develop integration solutions using APIs where feasible and use decoupled and resusable methods for integrating with external and internal data sources and systems. Requirements:Must have BS degree in related fieldMust have 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in systems (SharePoint)Must have 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in systems (SharePoint) and business integration in a Federal Government environmentMust have strong SharePoint development skills using SharePoint OnlineStrong Business Analysis / Re-engineering experienceStrong Data Management skills /Strong Data Automation skillsStrong information technology acumen and understanding of hardware and software requirements for software implementations and end-user support5+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience using Federal or DHS systems Ability to effectively and efficiently work on simultaneous projects Ability to quickly recognize and prioritize competing tasksAbility to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various levels from executive to supportStrong critical thinking, analytical, and research skills.
